BACKGROUND
John Weng is passionate about the critical soft skills required to effectively lead and drive business strategy and execution. With 18+ years of practical hands-on experience in sales, operations, and training for U.S. Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, John has coached and worked with many clients across different industries on how to delicately balance the soft and technical skills to influence, motivate and inspire others.
John received his BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester and his MA in Education from California State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional and ScrumMaster and an active member of the Project Management Institute and American Society for Training and Development.
